At age 34, already a prominent political operative in New York State, Michael brings experience as a statewide Campaign Manager and State Party Executive Director to his role as campaign consultant and strategist.

In 2020, Michael successfully unseated a 14-year incumbent Assemblywoman in a 2-to-1 Democratic district in Rockland County. He will be one of the youngest members of the New York State Assembly when he begins his term in 2021.

In 2018, Michael was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Campaigns & Elections, an industry magazine that covers political campaigns and the tools, tactics and techniques used by political consultants.

A New York native, Michael started his political career in 2008 on the Presidential campaign of United States Senator John McCain. He then spent four years at the New York Republican State Committee, including nearly two-and-a-half years as Executive Director, coinciding with a resurgence that saw Republicans take back control of the New York State Senate, elect seven new Republican Members of Congress, and make significant gains across the state with County Executives, District Attorneys, Sheriff’s, Clerks and County Legislators.

In 2014, Michael managed the underdog gubernatorial campaign of Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino against incumbent Andrew Cuomo. Despite being outspent $46 million to $6 million, Astorino earned kudos for running just 11 points behind Cuomo and winning 46 of New York’s 62 counties.

A 2009 graduate of Manhattan College, where he was named Valedictorian, Michael earned a degree in Business Administration, double majoring in Accounting and Finance. He earned induction into Beta Gamma Sigma and Epsilon Sigma Pi. While at Manhattan, Michael also served as President of Beta Alpha Psi, Chairman of the Dean of Business Student Advisory Committee, and a member of the Dean of Business Search Committee.

An avid New York Yankees fan, one of Michael’s first jobs was as a vendor at Yankee Stadium. In his spare time, Michael enjoys golfing, bike riding, and running. He also appears as a guest political analyst on NY1’s Road to City Hall.

A lifelong Rockland County resident, Michael lives with his wife Doina in Pearl River, NY, where he currently serves as the local town Republican Chairman.

Amanda Woloshen Glass

Amanda Woloshen Glass is a government affairs specialist and senior political strategist with an expertise in the areas of public affairs, government relations, communications, messaging, and campaign management. Her proven record of success in campaign management and successfully building issue-oriented and diverse grassroots coalitions stems from her ability to keep an eye on the big picture while using surgical precision to focus on the elements needed to win. Amanda’s extensive experience on Capitol Hill has fostered her strong working relationships with government and elected officials that bridges both sides of the aisle – within New Jersey and beyond.

Amanda’s passion for politics began volunteering on a Presidential campaign as a teenager and she is proud to have successfully managed her first congressional campaign by the age of 23. She went on to serve as a senior aide to U.S. Congressman Mike Ferguson and managed his campaigns until his retirement in 2008.

Notably she served as the campaign manager for New Jersey Senate Minority Leader Leonard Lance’s campaign for Congress in 2008, winning not only a seven-way primary with 40% of the vote, but defeating the challenger in the general election, after being outspent 4 to 1 in what was one of the most competitive races in the country. Nationally, Lance was one of only three non-incumbent Republicans to be elected in a district won by President Obama. Following the victory, Amanda went on to serve as Congressman Lance’s State Director.

In addition, Amanda has managed and consulted on local, county, and state legislative elections.

Most recently, she managed a successful U.S Senate Primary Campaign amid New Jersey’s first all vote-by-mail election.

She is proud to be a mentor and guest speaker for the Ready to Run program with the Center for Woman in Politics at the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers University. Recognized as “Top 40 Under 40” by leading New Jersey political and government news website, Amanda is also a frequent guest political commentator on NJTV.
